  • Occupational Therapy is a healthcare profession offering support to people with physical, psychological, and social problems to enable them to live life to the fullest. Occupational therapists help people to do the everyday activities that they want to do and need to do when faced with illness, injury, and disability or challenging life events (AOTI, 2020)

    Occupational therapists focus on assessing a person’s ability to complete daily tasks that are meaningful to them. Goals are formulated in conjunction with the client. The occupational therapist and client work together, focusing on a client’s strengths to achieve set goals.

  • Services are provided in Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare.

  • An initial home assesment starts from €105. A detailed housing modification report is €275.

  • ​​As an essential service, The OT Clinic can still visit you for your assessment. Virtual appointments can also be accommodated if desired.

    All clients are contacted via phone prior to assessment to ensure COVID-19 precautions are followed. Hand hygiene will be completed before, during and after assessment whilst also wearing appropriate PPE, all in line with national standards for the prevention and spread of COVID-19.

    The OT Clinic endeavours to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19 as much as possible, however it cannot be guaranteed.
